Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Star Kissed Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a purchase. We're here to help! Online purchases are eligible for FULL REFUND if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it with the total price spent on the item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@shopstarkissed.com and forward photos of any damage.
Exchange Policy
Need to make an exchange?
We can exchange items due to customer error up to 14 business days after the date of delivery. This includes an incorrect selection of size, design, or color.
To be eligible for an exchange the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, make-up, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for an exchange.
To start this process, please email us at info@shopstarkissed.com with your order number and the item, size, and color you wish to exchange it for.
We will let you know the shipping fee for the new item(s), return label for the original item(s), and any price difference. Once that is agreed upon, you'll receive an email confirming your exchange order along with the return label.
Once the original item(s) are received at our warehouse, please allow us up to 2-4 business days to review your item(s).
New order processing takes up to 5-7 business days plus 3-4 days for shipping via USPS.
Once your order is placed, it is sent to our automated production facility to ensure our customers get their orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately because of this automated process, any requests to change/cancel an order are no longer available after your order is processed.
